  • CBT-I is a first-line, effective treatment for insomnia. It consists of two core components, sleep efficiency training (sleep restriction therapy) and stimulus control therapy, as well as sleep hygiene and cognitive therapy. It typically consists of six to eight sessions.

  • Currently, if you live in New York state, Sleep PhD can provide therapy services to you.

    Lectures and workshops are offered in person or virtually anywhere!

  • At Sleep PhD, we provide an initial, free 30-minute consultation session. Please contact us to schedule your initial free consultation.

  • Payment is requested at the time of service. Credit card or Venmo is accepted.

  • All sessions are conducted via a secure video visit telehealth platform, and remain confidential.

  • Please complete and submit your intake and sleep diary documents no later than 24 hours before your appointment. We may need to reschedule your appointment if you do not submit your intake forms or sleep diary 24 hours in advance.
