Counseling
Sleep PhD provides individual counseling therapy to help our clients become better sleepers. You may benefit from behavioral sleep medicine counseling or cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) if you answer “yes” to any of the following questions.
Do you take more than 30 minutes to fall asleep at night?
Are you awake for more than 30 minutes during the night?
Do you wake up earlier than you would like?
Do you have impaired daytime functioning related to your night-time sleep difficulty?
Does your sleep problem and related daytime symptoms happen at least three times per week?
Have your sleep problems persisted for at least 3 months?
Sleep PhD also counsels and supports parents with young children on sleep training for bedtime struggles, bedtime fears, nap problems, and night awakenings.
